Yarbrough Music Students Headed to STATE!
The Yarbrough Belle Ensemble, Yarbrough Men's Ensemble and the Yarbrough Men's Trio all made ratings of 1, or Superior at OSSAA District Solo and Ensemble Contest at OPSU on March 4th. They will all be traveling to Shawnee, Oklahoma in April to compete at the State Solo and Ensemble Contest at Oklahoma Baptist University.
On Wednesday, February 18, the Yarbrough JH/HS Instrumental students along with their instructor, Ms. Misty Viner, competed in the OSSAA District Instrument contest held at OPSU. The students received a rating of "I" or Superior. This qualifies the students to go to OSSAA State contest which will be held at OSU at Stillwater during the 3rd week of April. Congratulations to Ms. Viner and all the Instrumental students who are now STATE BOUND!
